After watching Castle Falls I was surprised to find Scott pointing guns in another flick with our buddy Dolph! Universal Soldier: Reckoning set the bar extremely high and we can only go lower from there. That cover art, it's cool in a corny way, but the actual movie is bland with awful mid-day lighting throughout and nary a hint of adventurous cave action. Get this, Scott is a scientist looking for living dinos and Dolph is the mean hunter trying to kill them instead of study them! Scott cold cocks Dolph and... it's all terrible... It's clearly a Chinese-funded production with a lot of people who should never be in a movie, especially as they whine in fear against dino-cgi shadows. Apparently Scott was recovering from an injury during this production, so there's basically no action. Scott with no action is like a movie with no story. Oops. You should only watch this to stare at Dolph's face, looking mean.
