Developing Greatness

As part of the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art's grand re-opening, an exhibition of images from the early years of American photography will be on display. The Nelson is a great institution that will surely become even more significant with its recent expansion.

Keith Davis, curator of the Hallmark photographic collection, will also publilsh a companion volume this fall that follows his excellent photographic history, From Dry Plate to Digital.
